The color the diamond emerges from the process is unique to the individual but apparently there is a way to create a wide variety of colors and sizes .  Bear in mind this is an investment.  A blue diamond can cost about $20,000.00 but there are other smaller diamonds in their natural shades that are much more affordable. 

As only a portion of the cremated remains or a lock of hair is all that is required to create a diamond, a traditional interment is still possible.
